- DBLab SE is built using open-source components. You install it to your infrastructure. You pay PostgresAI for support, guaranteed packaging quality, and keeping the product up-to-date.
- You can use your own hardware — select the "BYOM" ("Bring Your Own Machine") option when setting up DBLab SE.
- For AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, and Hetzner.Cloud, there is a simpler setup available in the PostgresAI Console. Cloud resource costs are paid directly to your cloud provider.
- Pricing is based on compute capacity, not database size. There is a 2000 GiB limit per instance — contact us for larger databases.
- Billing is calculated hourly. You're not billed when your instance is off.
